Every day at the Dayton Biofeedback Center, we use Biofeedback to help children and adults take control of their lives by learning to control their minds and bodies. Our sessions improve focus, mood and sleep, help with anger management, chronic pain, and stress related problems.

Dayton Biofeedback Center specializes in Neurofeedback, also known as brain wave biofeedback, using EEG Biofeedback and LENS, the Low Energy Neurofeedback System. We also offer other forms of Biofeedback including Thermal Biofeedback, GSR, HeartMath, RESPeRATE, Journey to the Wild Divine, and Healing Rhythms, as well as the Alpha-Stim SCS (Stress Control System) for anxiety, depression and insomnia.

Neurofeedback decreases and often eliminates the symptoms of ADD, ADHD, OCD, RAD, Tics, Tourette's, Autism, Asperger's, LDs, migraine, tension headaches, anxiety and depression. Because of the brain's ability to form new neural connections, Neurofeedback has been useful successfully for symptoms resulting from mild traumatic brain injury and stroke. Neurofeedback training results in an improved ability to focus and to function in school, athletics, work and relationships.

Neurofeedback will help you reach peak performance status in many areas including sports and business. There is even a special program for decreasing test anxiety and getting over the hurdles for Proficiency testing as well as increasing scores in SATs and ACTs.
